Waters & Associates is a niche law practice which works exclusively in the areas of employment law, industrial relations and commercial litigation.

The firm was founded by Jim Waters in 2006. Jim worked for many years in two of Ireland's top ("Big Five") commercial law firms prior to setting up Waters and Associates.

Having worked exclusively in the areas of employment law, industrial relations and commercial litigation Jim saw the need of both individuals and small to medium size businesses to have access to advisors with specific experience in these highly regulated and fast moving areas of law.
